(in Italy) mentioned in the Terms of Use and Environmental Policy. North Technology Group is mentioned as the parent company for North Sails (source), as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions of North Sails. So, the business is run by the former, but the brand is owned by the latter. North Sail Collection and/or North Sails Group seem to be a thing, too, in the Ethical Code it says North Sails Group Apparel. Very confusing! North Sails brand is owned by North Technology Group, which, together with Tomasoni Topsail S.p.A., has been acquired by Oakley Capital. (source 2014) |
