North Technology Group is mentioned as the parent company for North Sails (source). So, the business is run by the former, but the brand is owned by the latter.

North Sail Collection and/or North Sails Group seem to be a thing, too, in the Ethical Code it says North Sails Group Apparel. Very confusing!
