Palmöl

Palmöl is a production ingredient for food. It is mainly cultivated in Indonesia and Malaysia, also in South America and Africa. Palm oil production leads to "'an increasing deforestation and destruction of the Rainforest especially in Southeast Asia, the expulsion of indigenious peoples and child and forced labour."(Greenpeace Austria Gütesiegel-Check)
